Hillcrest occasionally has mobile homes available for rent, along with four apartment rentals that become available as residents move out. Our apartments are very affordable, spacious, and have all been recently renovated. We also offer RV lots for rent, all equipped with sewer hookups, water access, and amp converters to accommodate the electrical needs of each camper. These sites are ideal for travelers in the area for work, and we’ve had many workers stay with us in their campers who love the quiet, safe neighborhood and welcoming Community at Hillcrest.

Our newly renovated storm shelter now includes a fitness center, and we are in the process of adding a kitchen and a play area for kids. Application Requirements
If you’re interested in renting a manufactured home, apartment or site for an RV in our Community, we do have a few basic requirements, including a background check and references. The application process is simple and easy, and we’re happy to help guide you through each step along the way.
